Appointment Deposit and Cancellation Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service value is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot.


Deposit Application

The 30% deposit will be fully credited towards your final service payment upon checkout. Only the remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.


Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedule changes are sometimes necessary. Please review our policy below:

  • Full Deposit Refund: You are eligible for a full refund of your 30% deposit if you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time.

  • Late Cancellation (Under 24 Hours): If you cancel or attempt to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the 30% deposit will be retained by the barber to compensate for the lost business time. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.

  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice (No-Show), the 30% deposit will be retained. We reserve the right to require future services to be paid in full at the time of booking for repeat no-show clients.
