A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service value is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot.
The 30% deposit will be fully credited towards your final service payment upon checkout. Only the remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.
We understand that schedule changes are sometimes necessary. Please review our policy below:
Full Deposit Refund: You are eligible for a full refund of your 30% deposit if you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time.
Late Cancellation (Under 24 Hours): If you cancel or attempt to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the 30% deposit will be retained by the barber to compensate for the lost business time. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice (No-Show), the 30% deposit will be retained. We reserve the right to require future services to be paid in full at the time of booking for repeat no-show clients.
